*** If the wristband is lost, you will need to purchase another. ***

*** For SAC, please only park in designated parking areas. The area immediately in front of the facility is for SAC staff as well as drop off and pick up. Those parking in this area are at risk of being towed or ticketed. Also, please do not set up tents in front of the facility as this has been deemed a fire exit hazard. All tents and/or chairs can only be set up around the corner to the left as you exit the main entrance. ***

*** Reminder for everyone that there is no food or drink (other than water) in the facilities. Please remember that it is a privilege to use these facilities and not a right. So, please clean up after yourselves and respect the inside and outside of the facilities. At any time, the host can inform us that we are not able to provide any more tournaments there. We want to continue to use each and every facility to provide a place for the players to be able to continue to play in our volleyball tournaments. There have already been a couple of occasions in the past where the inside and outside of a facility has been vandalized during a tournament and we wish this not to happen anymore. *** 

*** Alcohol is not permitted inside the facilities or on the campus grounds. ***

*** All teams need to be present for the coaches meeting in case of last minute changes. Coaches need to have a copy of their roster with them at the coaches meeting.*** 

*** The times on the schedule are just an estimate. All matches after the 1^st will begin warm-ups immediately after the completion of the previous match except in those cases where a mandatory break has been scheduled (normally for any 6 or 7 team pools or specifically noted). ***

*** Doors to the facilities will not be open until 30 minutes prior to the first schedule match at that location. ***

*** All teams need to be present for the coaches meeting (at 7:30am) in case of last minute changes and to discuss format of tournament. *** 

All matches will be best 2 out of 3 (1^st and 2^ndsets to 25, win by 2, no cap. 3^rdset (if needed) to 15, switch at 8, win by 2, no cap) unless noted otherwise.

Warm-ups: 2 minutes pepper, 4 minutes serving team, 4 minutes receiving team; serve within your 4 minutes.

The 13s Open Division consists of two 4 team pools. Play will start at San Antonio College (SAC) at 3:00 pm (coaches meeting will be at 2:30 pm). Playoffs: (Please note the referee assignments. Every team will work once during the playoffs) The 1^st and 2^nd place teams from each pool will participate in a 4 team Gold bracket starting at SAC starting at 12:30 pm on Sunday. There will be a match for 3^rd and 4^th place. The 3^rdand 4^thplace teams from each pool will participate in a 4 team Silver bracket starting at SAC starting at 11:30 am on Sunday. There will be a match for 3^rd and 4^th place. Medals will only be given for the 1^st place in each bracket.

The 13s Club Division consists of one 7 team pool over two days. Play will start at San Antonio College (SAC) at 3:00 pm (coaches meeting will be at 2:30 pm). Pool play will be a mandatory 2 sets to 25, win by 2, no cap. Pool play will continue on Sunday at SAC at 10:15 am. Playoffs: Overall 1^st and 2^ndplace teams (based upon the overall pool match win/loss record) will receive medals for this division.
